Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — all hydroponic gear listed on Flazi Farm is tested before being offered for sale. We don’t just plug in and assume it works — we verify fans spin, controllers read accurately, lights power on at full output, and tents have no tears or broken zips. For customers who can’t inspect in person, we offer video demonstrations on request. That way, you know exactly what you’re getting — no guesswork, no surprises.
We’re based out of Morwell in Yinnar South and supply growers throughout the Latrobe Valley region. While local pickup is preferred (especially for large items like tents and fans), we’re open to flexible handover options nearby. We’re not a courier business, but if you’re within driving distance, we’ll try to work something out. All items are listed online, and most sales start with a message or call — we’re real growers, not a warehouse.
Our used inventory varies weekly, but typically includes LED grow lights, inline fans, grow tents, carbon filters, humidifiers, irrigation parts, timers, controllers, and more. We also occasionally sell full tent kits or pieces pulled from complete grow setups. If you’re looking for something specific and don’t see it, get in touch — we may have it off-list or incoming.
No — all sales are final on used hydro gear. That’s why we’re upfront about testing, photos, and optional video demos. We encourage customers to ask as many questions as they like before buying. Our return policy is strict because every item is priced for value, and we’re not a retailer pushing new stock — we’re simply recycling quality gear to keep it in growers’ hands.
Yes — while most listings are second-hand, we do offer new or unused items occasionally. These are usually leftover parts from larger installations, unopened spares, or gear bought for a setup that never happened. New items will be clearly marked and often come at a lower price than retail, making them ideal for growers starting out or upgrading on a budget.
